E.E.M is assembling a large California field team for a new 12-month residential gas-supply discount program.
This is a straightforward, high-volume enrollment opportunity—not a complicated home-improvement sale. Enrollments take approximately three minutes to complete, and representatives earn $40 for every accepted and verified enrollment.
No door-to-door or sales experience is required. E.E.M provides training, a simple presentation, digital enrollment tools, assigned neighborhoods and a professional field uniform.
EARNING AND PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITY
Current field production reported by representatives includes:
• Approximately 6–10 enrollments during a productive field hour
• Six verified enrollments represent $240 in commission
• Ten verified enrollments represent $400 in commission
• Some top-producing representatives have submitted up to 40 enrollments in one day
• Previous week’s accepted and verified enrollments are paid weekly
Your daily production will depend on the number of productive hours you work, your consistency, customer availability, territory and successful verification.
Production and earnings examples are not guarantees. Only accepted and verified enrollments qualify for commission.

PROFESSIONAL FIELD UNIFORM PROVIDED
E.E.M representatives are typically provided with:
• Branded E.E.M polo shirt
• Branded hat
• Field safety vest

Uniform items may vary based on availability and territory. Representatives must wear the required uniform and identification while working in the field.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will visit assigned residential neighborhoods and introduce eligible SoCalGas account holders to a 12-month gas-supply discount program.
When a customer wants to participate, you will:
• Clearly explain the program
• Review all required pricing and customer disclosures
• Confirm that the customer is authorized to make decisions for the account
• Help the customer complete a short digital enrollment
• Submit complete and accurate information for verification
• Represent E.E.M professionally in the field
There is no equipment to sell, no installation to schedule and no lengthy in-home presentation.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is not required. We will train the right people.
You may be a strong fit if you are:

• Professional in appearance and communication
• Comfortable walking and working outdoors
• Able to follow a short presentation accurately
• Willing to follow all disclosure and customer-consent requirements

People with backgrounds in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, promotions, delivery, solar, telecom, roofing or pest control are encouraged to apply—but experience is not required.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with active data service
• Ability to travel to assigned nearby neighborhoods
• Ability to walk and work outdoors
• Comfortable working as a commission-only 1099 independent contractor
• Must wear the required E.E.M uniform and identification
• Must follow all customer-consent, disclosure and verification procedures
• Must submit accurate and complete enrollment information
COMPENSATION AND WEEKLY PAY
Representatives earn $40 per accepted and verified customer enrollment.
Commissions are calculated using the previous week’s accepted and verified enrollments and are paid weekly according to E.E.M’s established payout schedule.
This is a commission-only 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. It is not an hourly or salaried position. Rejected, canceled, incomplete, duplicate or unverified enrollments are not commissionable.
CUSTOMER PROGRAM DISCLOSURE
The customer offer applies to the natural-gas supply portion for the applicable 12-month term. SoCalGas delivery charges, taxes and applicable fees remain. The customer’s utility bill continues to come from SoCalGas.
